Robert De Bruin, CPA, CVA — currently serves as the President of the firm and as a Managing Director of NEW Capital Fund II. Bob is an active adviser to many companies on a continuous basis and serves on the board of directors of eight companies. His practice specializes in corporate finance, transition planning, merger and acquisition, valuation, and general consulting. Bob has over 30 years of experience in these fields. His expertise includes the sale or acquisition of over 500 companies and succession planning for some of the largest companies in the area.
Steve Predayna, CPA — currently serves as the Vice President of the firm and Managing Director of NEW Capital Fund II. Steve has more than 30 years of experience serving clients. Steve specializes in the auditing and monitoring of companies. His audits include going beyond traditional auditing and concentrating on the operations and profit improvement. Also, Steve has performed significant amounts of due diligence related to acquisitions of companies. Steve has provided due diligence analysis to some of the larger equity firms in the Midwest. His scope of due diligence goes beyond financial analysis to include other operational, sales and management analysis. Steve has performed due diligence on over 100 companies.
Troy De Bruin, CPA – serves as an accounting and auditing manager. Troy has experience providing audit planning as well as tax advice in connection with accounting and audit services provided to clients. Troy has eight years of experience in the accounting, auditing and consulting areas. His background in accounting and auditing for privately-held entities as well as his experience serving organizations tax needs means companies can rely on him for insight, guidance and proactive suggestions regarding the accounting, auditing and tax planning needs.
Rich Polakowski, CPA – serves as a tax manager. Rich has over 10 years of experience in public accounting, including national and regional firms. In addition, he also has worked in the tax area within industry. This combination of public and private tax experience provides Rich with the experience needed to proactively provide tax planning services to clients. His background in tax research and tax planning provides an ability to consult with privately-held entities to properly perform tax planning and tax compliance. Companies can rely on Rich for insight, guidance and proactive solutions related to tax planning opportunities.
Deb Heinritz – Deb serves as an Associate Accountant with DeBruin & Associates CPA’s, LLC since 2012. From 1977 to 2000 Deb was an accountant at Midwest Car Corporation in Kaukauna, WI. In 2000 she joined Schenck, SC as an Associate Accountant in the Business Services Group. At DeBruin & Associates CPA’s, LLC she provides small business accounting services. Deb earned an Associate Degree in Accounting at Fox Valley Technical College – Appleton.
Dawn Krueger – Dawn serves as the Administrative Assistant with DeBruin & Associates CPA’s, LLC since 2012. Prior to that, she was employed at Schenck SC for 5 years as an Administrative Assistant in the Corporate Finance Department and the Investment area.
